With the introduction of the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, and 11 Pro Max, Apple has introduced new checks that discourages third-party repairs. The warning “Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display” will be displayed on the lock screen for about four days. After four days, the warning will be moved in the iPhone’s settings, and then again moved into Settings > General > About.
This warning does not affect the functionality of the phone.
This warning message will show even if you swap a genuine Apple display from one iPhone to another. Apple is cryptographically pairing the display to the phone it ships with from the factory.
We stand by our product and repair, we now offer a 1-year warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
